Dr. Asgarian is in-network with Premera, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lifewise, and Medicare part B (does not include Medicare HMO or PPO plans). If you don’t have one of these types of insurance, our office can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for (potential) reimbursement based on your out-of-network provider benefits.
