Aimee Asgarian received her BA from Western Washington University and her MA and PsyD from William James College in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her APA internship in Neuropsychology and Health psychology at Tewksbury Hospital in Boston and a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric and adult neuropsychology at University of Massachusetts Medical School/Memorial Medical Center. After completing her fellowship, she worked at Boston Children's Hospital in the Department of Developmental Medicine doing cognitive testing for two different NIH research studies. Dr. Asgarian moved back home to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 2013 where she continued her neuropsychology practice and also developed and implemented a mild traumatic brain injury program at a local rehabilitation clinic. As part of assessment, Dr. Asgarian aims to provide psychoeducation to all her patients about self-care activities that promote cognitive and overall health. Dr. Asgarian is also bilingual, and regularly performs assessment and treatment of Spanish-speaking persons.
